The agreement between you and PRØTOCOL when you buy or use a programme.
What we deliver
A structured performance programme: testing, interpretation of your data, a personal protocol, and the guidance level you selected. Availability of specific tests may vary per country.
Not medical care
PRØTOCOL is an education and performance service. It is not medical care and does not replace your doctor. We do not diagnose, treat or cure conditions. Always consult a qualified physician before changing medication or if you have symptoms that concern you.
Your responsibilities
- 01Give accurate information at intake.
- 02Follow test instructions so results are usable.
- 03Programme materials are for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.
Payment, liability and law
Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payments are handled by Mollie; we never store your card details. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the programme, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Dutch law applies.
